Delivery / Shipping
Our products are delivered by hand or by postal service to any local address. (For Gozo customers, your order will be posted and you will be notified of the postage rate in advance).

Local delivery is free for orders over €35. There is a delivery charge of €4 for any orders less than €35.
Delivery generally takes 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) for items which are in stock. We will contact you in advance to advise about the delivery day and time of your order.
You may wish to pick up your order at the following address once we inform you that it is ready for collection. Our address: 52, Summerville, flat 8, Toni Bajada Street, St Paul's Bay.
Returns
Any item which has not been opened, used or washed may be returned and exchanged for another product within 3 days of purchase.
We supply only the very best of products. However, kindly check your items once delivered and let us know of any defects within 24 hours.
Refunds
Unfortunately, our products are non-refundable. However, should you wish to return a product which fits our returns policy, kindly contact us so that we could help you to exchange your item.
Should you wish to return a defective product, kindly note that we will exchange the product or issue a credit note for the value of the product.
Delivery charges are non-refundable and the customer will need to settle the return postage fee.
